- We provide replacements for items if its damaged during transportation. To facilitate a smooth replacement process, we recommend recording an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if you encounter any issues. We will assess the video and arrange for a replacement if the damage is transportation-related.
- We won’t be able to provide replacements if the damage is not related to transportation.
Refund Policy:
